20 Second Fitness: Back to Week 2

I have been bad. But in all fairness, it was not my fault. We were hit with a nasty case of the flu. Between taking care of 2 sick kids and a sick husband and then getting sick myself, the last thing in the world I wanted to do was work out.

I had a full week off. Although the lack of meals and vomiting ensured I did not gain any weight. Hey, I try and look on the bright side.

That being said, I am back at it today and starting over with Warm-Up Week 2. In addition to doing this daily, I am also walking in the evenings. It feels good to get outside and moving and the dog loves the chance to explore.
