ProFlowers Review and $50 Giveaway

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED!

There is nothing like a vase of fresh flowers to liven up any room.  The smell fills the room and you cannot help but smile every time you see them.

With Mother’s Day coming up it is not too soon to start thinking about how you will let you mom know just how much she means to you.  And lets be honest.  What says love better than flowers?  It is a reminder every time you see them that you were thought of.

I recently received the opportunity to do a review and giveaway for ProFlowers.  The absolute hardest part of the review was trying to decide which flowers to get.  I was amazed at the selection on their website.  Pages upon pages of the perfect floral arrangements.  In the end I decided on the Garden Bouquet.

One of the things that makes ProFlowers so unique is they are delivered via UPS rather than from a local florist.  I was not sure the condition my flowers would arrive in.  I mean look at that box.  It was going to contain fresh flowers?  Um, this can’t be good.

The packaging itself was great.  Everything was wrapped very well and the flowers were in wet green foam.  There were very clear instructions on how to care for your flowers and get the longest life possible from them.

Of course I tore into that box like a child on Christmas morning!  The vase was separate from the flowers and was in its own separate box to keep it from breaking.  The flowers were wrapped in green tissue paper, a plastic cone and rubber bands.  In no time at all I had my flowers unwrapped and in fresh water.

It is now been 4 days since my flowers arrived and they are still just as beautiful as the day they showed up.  I have been really impressed with the quality of these flowers.  Not to mention the colors are just the right mix to really get you in the mood for spring.
