Help! I have boring mom hair.

That is my hair on the rare occasion that it is down. Toddlers and long hair do not mix. Typically, I wash it, comb it, put it in a long braid and call it good. Can you say BORING? Lately I have gotten so sick of my hair and I have been searching for a style that I can do.

It has to look good with curly hair. I have to be able to keep some length to it as my husband likes it long. It has to be easy to style and easy to care for. And it has to be short enough that I don’t have to worry about Miss Stalin grabbing handfuls of it. How hard can that be?

No matter what I end up doing with my hair, I have been in the market for a flat iron. Figuring out which is the best straightener is like finding a needle in a haystack. After much searching, I think I have found the needle.

A ghd Straightener is perfect. With a ghd straightener you can both straighten, curl, wave and flick your hair thanks to the rounded barrel. The best part is the styler turns itself off after a while of not using it so you don’t have to worry about the fact that you might have forgotten to turn it off before you left the house. I have enough on my plate and I love not having to worry about forgetting to turn it off.

Have you ever used a flat iron? Any advice for this newbie?
