BBQ Chicken Sliders with #KingsHawaiian Rolls

I have always enjoyed cooking. I am not a good baker naturally but give me a meal to cook and I can do a pretty good job. I am also lucky that my children eat every thing. I do not have picky eaters for children.

Dinner is the one time that we sit down together and talk while we eat. It is a great way to catch up on our day, talk about things that are happening and just enjoy being together. Because of this I try and make dinner special. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but it does have to be good!

When I was approached to come up with a recipe using Kings Hawaiian products I was excited. We love the rolls and use them often as a side dish for dinner but I have never used them to create an entree.

I has some leftover pulled pork that I also used with this dish but the star was the chicken.

What you need:
4 Pack of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
BBQ Sauce
Chicken, cooked and cubed
Cole Slaw

I cut each roll in half and then lightly toasted them. Top with chicken, BBQ sauce and then cole slaw. So easy and so good. The sweet from the BBQ sauce with the sweet from the rolls contrasted perfectly with the chicken and cole slaw.

Served with simple potato sauce and some fresh veggies, this was the perfect summertime meal.

In fact it was so good that we have already had this meal again. I cannot wait to come up with even more recipes using Kings Hawaiian rolls.
