E-Cigarettes, Can They Help You Quit.

I am a smoker. There I said it. It is not something I am ashamed of but it is also something that I don’t advertise either. But you know what? I don’t want to be a smoker anymore.

E-Cig Reviewed

My husband and I both have set out to quit and I will admit that some days are a lot better than others. Today I did pretty good for most of the day with nothing but a good cup of coffee and some gum. Yesterday, not so much.

But instead of reaching for a cigarette when the craving really hits I have been reaching for an electronic cigarette. It helps with the cravings and still gives you the motion of smoking so it is all around soothing. I’m telling you it works.

There are a million and five different options for electronic cigarettes it seems and it can be really hard to know which ones are best, and which ones will work for you. Then I heard about E Cigarette Reviewed, it is an entire website devoted to reviews of electronic cigarettes. They take all the guess work out of figuring out which one is best for you.

One of my favorite things about the site is not only can you read a review on any brand you are considering but they also have a Top 10 list that is easy to follow. We have been using Blu and it is on the Top 10 list.

Ecigarettereviewed.com each brand is first broken down into rank. Then they break them up further by cost and shipping estimates. This will ensure you are still getting what you need without paying more than you want. And finally they are sorted by review rankings. So lets say after reading the reviews you find the perfect brand for you, all you do is click the link and that will take you to the brands website where you can place your order.

After looking over the site I stumbled onto this review for Green Smoke. I like everything about this one and I love the USB charger. And it is also featured at number 2 in the Top 10 list.

If you have quit smoking what things have you used that helped?

I have been using the e-cigarettes for about 3 1/2 years. There are a couple I don’t like but for the most part, I love them. I had smoked for many many years. But, I do have to say, I quit smoking for about 3 months, then my daughter heard about these and bought me some. So, after having nothing all that time, it was really great. To this day, I have no cravings for a real cigarette but it might have helped with me going with nothing for that time. My daughter has tried them, she smokes but…not working for her. I think if she went without for a few days then did these, she’d enjoy them like I do.

  3. My parents were smokers. The only reason my mom quit was due to her cancer diagnosis. Ugh. My dad did not quit, even after his cancer diagnosis. It was so hard for him to go without cigarettes.

I hope you have much success! Wishing you and yours the best!

  4. I was a great smoker for 43 years. I read the book, “The Easy Way to Stop Smoking” by Allen Carr…quit and it was easy! My husband, son, nephew, sister and couple of friends all quit after they read the book as well. You can buy it online. Good luck!
