After we bought this house one of the first major purchases was a riding lawn mower. Neither of us wanted to be the one cutting 6 acres with a push mower. We found one we liked, got it and then it rained.
By the time it stopped raining and dried up enough to be able to mow, the front and back fields were so grown up that the lawn mower just wouldn’t’ cut it.
So we hired someone with a bush hog to come out and cut it for us.
Genghis was so fascinated by the tractor that when I looked out the front window, this is what I saw.
Front row seat so he wouldn’t miss a thing.
He sat there the entire time the field was being cut. Just memorized by it. This has become one of my favorite pictures.
