I cannot believe that 6 months has come to a close. It has been a whirlwind of a journey and while I am excited to see the ending results, I think the other Shaklee bloggers would agree with me that it is also sad seeing it come to an end.
But all good things must come to an end.
My Shaklee Journey
I love that Shaklee is so easy to use. There is zero learning curve and it is convenient. It was a simple as two shakes a day plus one sensible meal. Then when I hit my goal weight I went down to one shake a day to help me maintain.
You can go back and see my journey starting with month one at the Shaklee 180™ category. At the beginning my goal was to lose 20 pounds. By month 2, I had met my goal of 20 pounds. Within 5 months I had lost a total of 29 pounds.
At the end of it all I am happy with my results. I am officially ending at 28 pounds down and 19.5 inches lost. I see the biggest difference not only in my overall shape but my arms. I like my arms now.
I just wish I had wore jeans again for my final pictures. They show off my new body better than this skirt does. But my favorite is the view from the back now. Gone are the hip rolls and just the extra fat on my back. Instead it is slimmer and looks so much better.
I started my Shaklee Journey wearing a size 12 in jeans and a large in shirts. I am now down to a size 8 in jeans and a medium in shirts. The only thing that didn’t really change for me was my bust size.
