#ShakleeBlogger Month 2, Staying Motivated.

Month two video update. Sorry for the horrible quality, I was using my webcam this time. It won’t happen again.

18 pounds and 5.5 inches lost. I am thrilled with my results. Often when dieting it is hard to stay motivated and keep with it. I like the Shaklee 180™ program because I am seeing the pounds disappear. That coupled with my kids and that is all the motivation I need.

I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own. People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
