#ShakleeBlogger Month 5!

I almost had a heart attack last week. My most comfortable weight in my adult life was when I first got married. I was a very toned, but curvy 144 pounds. I always said that if I hit that again, I would be thrilled. The number has come and gone. I started out at 164 pounds when I first started my Shaklee 180 journey. And at month 3, I had reached my goal of 20 pounds lost.

I was no longer worried about losing any weight. I was just looking to maintain and continue to tone and lose inches. Last week I was 135 pounds. That is a total of 29 pounds in just 5 short months. I have certain pieces in my closet that I have saved from when I was thinner. This skirt, it is not that it never fit, but it is also not at all forgiving. So it was in the back of the closet just sitting. Waiting.

Today I pulled it out and tried it on. Dare I say I even felt good in it!

In 5 short months not only have I lost 29 pounds but I have lost almost a full 17 inches from my body.

That is for some reason staggering to me. I can see a difference. I can feel a difference. And I couldn’t have done it without the Shaklee 180™ program. Well, that and the long walk to the check the mail everyday. Thank you long driveway with the killer hill. And thank you Shaklee!
