It has been a month a half since I stared the Shaklee 180™ program. And I am still very happy with it.
Let’s recap just a bit about what exactly the Shaklee 180™ program is. I am using the Shaklee 180™ Turnaround Kit. This includes a shake or meal bar twice a day, energizing tea, metabolic boost, and snack bars. I combine all of these with a sensible dinner and some exercise and I watch the weight drop off.
My Starting Numbers:
March 5, 2013: 164 pounds.
Left arm: 11 inches.
Right arm: 11.5 inches.
Bust: 42 inches.
Waist: 35 inches.
Hips: 42 inches.
Month 2 Numbers:
April 25, 2013: 146 pounds. (I’ve lost 18 pounds!)
Left arm: 10.4 inches.
Right arm: 11.1 inches.
Bust: 41 inches.
Waist: 33 inches.
Hips: 40.5 inches.
Total inches lost: 5.5!
I don’t have recent pictures but I can promise you that I can see a difference. My clothes fit better, I have more energy and I just feel better about myself. I said at the start that I didn’t have a clear cut weight goal in mind. I figured it I lost 20 pounds I would be over the moon. Here I am 18 pounds lighter and I feel great. There is a certain amount of pride that comes with knowing my hard work and smarter choices are paying off.
And Shaklee 180™ makes it so easy with the smoothies and meal bars. I am currently loving the chocolate smoothie mix. Every morning I take a cup of soy milk, half a banana, 1/2 cup black coffee, 8 ice cubes and the chocolate smoothie mix and I drink my breakfast. And my favorite part of it all is that it has really helped me to eat breakfast everyday. In the past I knew it wasn’t good for me, but I always skipped breakfast. Now besides losing weight, I am making better habits.
