Avoid the Mid-day Slump with Plenti Yogurt

Like all other moms I am busy. My day starts early and ends late. From the time I wake up, until I go to sleep at night, there is always something to do. And like everyone else by mid day I hit a wall.

I want nothing more than to go and curl up in my bed and take a nap. My kids have long outgrown naps and I just can’t run off and hide in my bed even though I want to. Instead I am always looking for something to give me a little boost to help get me through the rest of my day.

More times than not, I end up reaching for another cup of coffee. I know this is not the best option but it is always there, waiting for me. I’ve tried healthier options like almonds but always felt like I needed something more substantial.
