The holidays have come and gone. The kids are back to school. Everyone is back to work. I finally got the last of our decorations put away. And while the holidays were a blast and full of all kinds of tasty treats, it does not have to end just because we are back to normal.
Kraft helps make every day delicious. Throw in some great coupons and all of sudden you have the makings of a delicious day. Our first real day with the holiday’s behind us, and I think we all need something a little fun.
First thing you need to do is print off your coupons. Because having a delicious day and saving money is a win win. Then head to your local store and grab the things you need.
For this recipe you need:
200 g CRACKER BARREL Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
200 g CRACKER BARREL Marble Cheddar Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
200 g CRACKER BARREL Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
200 g CRACKER BARREL Havarti Cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
200 g CRACKER BARREL Mozzarella Cheese cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 lb. (450 g) each seedless green and red grapes
1 pkg. (40 g) fresh thyme sprigs
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 piece celery (2 inch)
Cut up your cheese and wash the grapes. I found the cream cheese was easier to work with if it sat out for a bit.
Arrange cheese cubes and grapes in rows on platter or cutting board to resemble a Christmas tree shape, ending with a row of mozzarella at the top.
Add thyme sprigs between rows.
Roll cream cheese into ball, then coat with parsley; place at top of tree. Place celery at bottom for the tree trunk.
And just like that we had a delicious day that reminded us of the fun of the holidays. I forgot the celery but we added some sliced pepperoni and crackers for a fun snacking lunch.
No matter the occasion, a holiday, a birthday, or even just a normal day, Kraft can help make every day delicious.
