Ninja Ultima™ Blender Review!

It’s the time of year where illness seems more prevalent, especially among kids! I get so anxious this time of year knowing my kids will probably catch whatever is floating around. But I do my best to help their little immune systems by keeping the home clean and making sure they get the vitamins and sunshine they need!

One thing that I do is to make my kids smoothies with extra goodies to make sure their insides are getting the same immune boosting treatment as the outside. One product that has helped in a major way is the Ninja Ultima Blender!
The Ninja Ultima Blender is “the most powerful blender available for one third the cost of the Vitamix® 750!  It allows consumers to live a healthy lifestyle through its versatile capabilities and groundbreaking, patent pending Dual-Stage Blending Technology, supported by 1500 watts and 2.5 peak horsepower. This blender makes whole nutrient rich juicing possible through pulverizing whole fruits and vegetables and including all of its valuable nutrients”

I’ve given this blender numerous tests! I’ve blended, pureed, juiced and ground meat so far! I’ve made immune boosting smoothies, pureed carrots for a recipe, made yummy carrot and apple  juice *I had an abundance of carrots, thank you neighbor!* and ground venison-yes, meat!!
There are so many amazing features to this blender, I can’t say enough good things about it. I’m kind of a brand snob when it comes to my kitchen gadgets-I have my favorites, but this one blew everyone out of the water. It’s so much more than a blender! You can find the Ninja Ultima Blender at many stores near you!

I want to share one recipe that my kids really enjoyed, maybe yours will too!
3-2-1 Immune Boost

3 tangerines, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled and halved
1 grapefruit, peeled and halved
1 tablespoon dried goji berries
1 cup water, 1 cup ice cubes

1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.
2. Select Speed 1 and flip the switch to START. Slowly increase to Speed 8 and blend until smooth.

I was a tiny bit excited to get my blender…

Note: I was given a product to review, all opinions are my own.
