The “Cleanest” Frozen Burrito – Red’s All Natural #Review

The problem with eating clean is that there is a lot of time involved in preparing the food. For dinners and such that is usually not a big deal. But there are days when we are crazy busy and I need nothing more than a quick meal for lunch.

If you are not familiar, clean eating is most simply eating food that is closest to its most natural state. Think meats with no antibiotics or growth hormones. Vegetables and fruits with no pesticides. Avoiding processed or refined foods.

But when you need something quick there is not much in the way of clean offerings.

Then I was introduced and offered the chance to try out Red’s All Natural Burritos and Quesadillas.

Before he was Red’s All Natural’s founder and CEO, Mike Adair was enjoying a homemade burrito created by his wife, Paige, when he realized it was a meal so perfect and delicious it just had to be shared with the world. With the approval of their trusty dog, Red, Mike launched Red’s All Natural using Paige’s original recipes.

So what makes Red’s All Natural different?

All Red’s products are 100% all-natural, non-GMO, preservative-free and made with antibiotic and hormone-free meat and rBGH-free cheese. Red’s also only uses authentic, tortillas made from the simplest ingredients. They are just big enough to hold together all the goodness inside without overwhelming the delicate burrito balance.

Red’s is found in the freezer section of your favorite stores. I admit that I had some trouble finding them but my local Kroger has a separate section for all natural foods and they were tucked away in the freezer there. I was looking in the regular freezer cases. When you go looking for Red’s you may have to try the all natural section.

How are they?

In one word, incredible.

I added some cheese to my burrito and it was amazing. Besides being huge, it was full of all kinds of great flavors. Cheese, corn, beans, rice, and chicken all worked together perfectly.

Red’s also has quesadillas.

We tried the steak quesadillas and they were equally as great as the burritos. Huge and full of flavor.

But my favorite part is that I can feel good about feeding them to my family, knowing that they are as good for us as they are tasty.

Check out the Red’s store locator for where to buy these in your area.
