You Can Still Be a Princess with a Star Wars costume — Yellow Tennessee

You Can Still Be a Princess with a Star Wars costume

We are huge Star Wars fans here. We just watched Episode 2 tonight as a matter of fact. Star Wars is one of the few non cartoon movies that both kids will sit and watch. So when talking about Halloween costumes, I knew the kids would love to dress up as a character from Star Wars. I admit that I really wanted Little Bit to be Darth Vader and her older brother to be a storm trooper. The height difference alone would have been so funny. But they had their own ideas.

Introducing the most adorable Princess Leia in the whole entire world.

The sleeves are a little long on her and I will need to hem them but the actual quality of the costume is outstanding. It is a little heavier than most costumes which I like. She should be plenty warm with a long sleeved t-shirt and leggings underneath it.

The Princess Leia costume came with the dress, a belt and the most adorable little wig ever. The wig features the iconic Princess Leia braids in an easy to wear wig. It has a light hair net over the entire wig to make sure that every hair stays in place.

Now we are just working on teaching her to Use the Force.

I love using places like Wholesale Halloween Costumes. They have a huge assortment of costumes, at great prices. And best of all the quality is great. Plus they offer a 10% military discount to all Active Duty, Reservists, Guard, Veterans, Retirees and their families. That is a great added bonus!

Not only are we looking forward to Halloween but we have already had lots of dress up and pretend play since our costume came in. Her new favorite thing to do is wear it while she watches Lego Star Wars.
